Complex manufacturing from graphic design and sublime print to cut and sewing is done in our manufacturing hall (700m2) in Otrokovice.
Production capacity is from smaller series of teamwear to thousands of jerseys for tournaments and leagues.
Production technology
High quality is our priority so we produce only from certified materials of our exclusive suppliers. A lot of patterns with specific characteristics for different sports and usage can be chosen. Each contract is dealt on an individual basis – we are happy to help you with choice of materials and design.
Sublimation
The most common technology of printing jerseys and sport clothes, textile promotional items, flags, etc. Nearly unlimited design possibilities. In only depends on your preferences.
Embroidery
High-quality embroidery can be added to sublimation. It is convenient for example for national team jerseys and other special occasions.
Production quality
Materials and colours
Only certified and environmental friendly materials and colours of respected companies are used in our production.
Harmless – convenient for children
Our clothes can be used by children without any difficulties. It does not cause allergy and it is environmental friendly.
Jerseys made of PET bottles
Recycled materials are also used in our production – for example, from recycled PET bottles.
European audit & certification
European personnel audit for New Balance
In 2014 we successfully fulfilled conditions of European personnel audit done by UL Responsible Sourcing auditors.
The audit was ordered by New Balance (hockey brand Warrior) for whom thousands of jerseys were produced for prestige Champions Hockey League 2014-2015.
AA certificate
We´re owners of AA certificate for companies with credit and the high qualities.
